Technical Support:
If encountering difficulties loading Gruffalo: Games, consider rebooting your device using the following steps which should have no impact on existing apps or data:

iPhone Reboot:
1. Simultaneously press and hold the sleep/wake button located on the top right and the Home button.
2. Keep holding both buttons until the screen goes black and displays the silver Apple logo.
3. Release both buttons to allow your iPhone to reboot.

iPad Reboot:
1. Press and hold both the Hold button (located in the top right corner) and Home button simultaneously.
2. Continue holding until the screen either goes black or a red slider appears at the top.
3. If the red slider appears, slide it to turn off the iPad.
4. Once off, hold down both buttons until you see the Apple logo signaling device reboot.
